Please ensure that you slide the two locking tabs (circled red) along the ribbon cable to unlock in the direction arrowed before trying to remove the cable. Insert the cable and slide the tab back in to opposite direction to lock.
Do not lift the tabs or pull the cable with force as this may cause damage.
